Operation Santa Sleigh in Chesterland, OH, is an annual Chester Township Police Department holiday event and toy drive, typically held in mid-December at West Geauga Middle School. The event features a parade with Santa and his sleigh, live music from the West Geauga High School Band and choir, and, for 2025, included activities like Jungle Terry. 

• Event Highlights: The 2025 event was scheduled for December 13, featuring a parade from the high school to the middle school, followed by performances, refreshments (pizza, cookies, hot chocolate) provided by the police department, and toy donations.
• Purpose: The initiative collects new, unwrapped toys for families in need, with all donations directly benefiting Geauga County children.
• Location: The main event takes place at West Geauga Middle School, 8611 Cedar Road, Chesterland.
• Participation: Partners often include the West Geauga Kiwanis, local school districts, and community, with toys often dropped off at the police station if the event is missed. 

The 2025 celebration included a festive parade, making it a key community-driven holiday tradition in Chesterland.
